In association with Age Concern Hamilton, Surrogate Grandparents New Zealand Charitable Trust will be organising an inter-generational morning on Friday 2 November to celebrate. 


Featuring games, a raffle and entertainment, this is an morning for all the family not to be missed! 

This event aims to honour older members of our community and give grandparents an opportunity to enjoy their grandchildren in a social setting.

Intergenerational Coffee Group - Whangaparaoa

Join us for our first intergenerational coffee/playgroup to celebrate New Zealand Grandparents Day.

What does this mean?

Well not only can you bring your child/ren, but you can also bring along your parents/grandparents too! And if you don’t have family locally, we have invited local retirement home residents to come and join us for an hour or so. And we’ll tidy/clean up afterwards too!

We’ll have child friendly music, access to a heap of toys, activities with our seniors, plus great company and hopefully new friends!

We’d love to see you there!
